DEKRA Arbeit Kosovo is seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Sales Manager to support the company’s continued growth and expansion. This key role will be responsible for driving business development activities, acquiring new clients, and strengthening DEKRA Arbeit Kosovo’s position in the local and international market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across all service lines, including Recruitment, Employer of Record (EoR), and ELS.
- Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in both local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and contract closure.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives and growth plans.
- Monitor sales performance, pipeline development, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular management reports.
- Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent DEKRA Arbeit Kosovo at business meetings, networking events, and industry gatherings.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Previous experience within the recruitment, staffing, HR services, or employment agency sector is preferable.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition and business growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and commercially driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
